Abstract
Senile eczema in recent years has increased, its etiology, pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medcine have own characteristics. This paper to prove the cause of eczema in elder is due to the imbalance of Yin and Yang, loss of water transport, functional activity Qi being not smooth. Syndrome differentiation and treatment should pay more attention to nourishing Yin, strengthen the spleen of transportation, regulating activities Qi.关键词
