低强度聚焦超声促进剖宫产术后子宫复旧的临床研究
Clinical study of low-intensity focused ultrasound for promoting uterine involution after cesarean section

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of low-intensity focused ultrasound on uterine involution after cesarean section. Methods By adopting the prospective study method,73 cases of cesarean section were randomly selected and divided into the control group(41 cases) and the ultrasonic treatment group(32 cases). The control group had natural uterine involution, while the ultrasonic treatment group adopted the Ashi ultrasonic treatment instrument for conducting the therapy on the body sur-face projection parts of bilateral uterine horns at postoperative 24 h,once daily,15 min at each uterine horn(30 min for two uterine horns),for consecutive 3 d. The effectiveness study:the lochia amount on 3 d,uterine fundus decline situation and lochia persis-tent time in 35 d after treatment,the sum of three uterine diameters on 1 d after cesarean section and uterine effusion on39 d after treatment were observed by B type ultrasound. The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection of two groups were recorded also. The safety study:the local feeling and skin conditions were observed during the treatment period. Results (1)The clinical observation:no significantly difference was found in the general condition of the two groups (P>0.05). The lochia amount during 3 d treatment and lochia duration wthin 35 d after treatment in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The descending degree of uterine fundus in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05). No postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection occurred during the observation period in the two groups. (2)The ultrasound examination:the sum of uterine 3 diameters on 1 d after treatment in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of uterine cavity effusion on 39 d after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The safety observation:no adverse reactions of local paresthesia,skin burns, etc. were observed during treatment period. Conclusion The Low-intensity focused ultrasound can promote uterine involution without obvious adverse reactions.关键词
