某三甲医院感染科2002~2013年住院患者特点分析
Analysis on characteristics of inpatients in infectious diseases department of a class 3A hospital during 2002-2012

Abstract
Objective To analyze the disease spectrum and hospitalization characteristics of inpatients in the infectious diseases department to provide a theoretical basis for the future development planning in this department. Methods The change rules of disease spectrum,hospitalization expenses,average hospitalization time,etc. among inpatients in this hospital from Jan-uary2002 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The inpatients in this department were mainly tuberculosis and liver diseases. The average annual increase rate of inpatients number was 9.6%,the male-to-female ratio was 2.3∶1. the aver-age hospitalization time was(11.5±10.1)d,the average hospitalization costs were(5 923±4 553)Yuan,the average annual increase rate of hospitalization costs was 10.7%,the average disease onset age was(35.2 ±21.2) years old. Conclusion Pulmonary tuber-culosis and hepatitis B are still the main disease entitites ,but the number of inpatients with AIDS and hand foot and mouth disease is increased rapidly,the discipline construction,and prevention and control of major infectious diseases should be continuously strengthened.关键词
