摘要
Abstract
Objective To apply the PDCA circulation in the management of junior nurses in ICU for improving the work quality. Methods The PDCA circulation was applied to conduct the management of junior nurses in ICU ,the causes and influ-ence factors producing the quality problems were analyzed according to the working situation of ICU junior nurses and by com-bining with the problems existing in the work quality ,then the measures and plans were formulated and implemented;the effects and checks were followed up,the effectiveness of measures and plans were increased;the check results were summarized,and the success experiences were affirmed,after that,the unsettled problems were provided for transferring into next PDCA circulation. The incidence situation of nursing adverse events and patients′satisfaction during January to October 2014 were performed the statistics. Results The incidence rate of nurse adverse events was gradually decreased and the patients′satisfaction was gradually increased. Conclusion Applying the PDCA circulation for conducting the management on ICU junior nurses ,reinforcing the training and strengthening the supervision reduces the occurrence of nursing adverse events ,increases the working quality and pa-tients′satisfaction.关键词
