"着火"的"着"词义新解
A New Interpretation on"Zhao"in "Zhaohuo"
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, we argue that interpretation of the word"着"( zhao) in the phrase of"着火"( zhaohuo) since it is interpreted as"burning"in many authoritative reference books.This note does not conform to the Chinese logic, nor does the note match the Chi-nese grammatical collocations.From the two aspects of meaning evolution history and combinations of the words, the author proves that a new interpretation of the word"着"( zhao) should be"to make"or"to rise".关键词
