摘要

Abstract

A nonlinear disturbance observer (NDO) used for the DC bus voltage control system of the bidirectional DC-DC converter was investigated to quickly track power disturbances in the DC microgrid, without any additional voltage and current sensors, which is beneficial for the scalability and plug-play of the distributed generators (DGs) and DC loads within the DC microgrid. Based on this observer, feedforward method was proposed to suppress the fluctuations and impacts of the DC bus voltage during transients. When the DC microgrid contains three-phase unbalanced AC loads or connects to the AC grid through a single-phase DC-AC converter, the DC bus voltage and the output current of the DC-DC converter which used to control the DC voltage will contain low frequency ripple which is twice the AC load’s or the grid frequency, which may affect the system stability. In order to eliminate the current ripple, band-pass filter based on a second-order generalized integrator (SOGI) was adopted. The performance of the presentd control strategy was verified in a prototype DC microgrid including a DC simulated voltage source, a DC load, a three-phase unbalanced AC load and a bi-directional DC-AC converter.
