生态文明战略下我国工业化道路研究--基于资源环境问题的反思
China’s Path of Industrialization Based on the Strategy of Ecological Civilization-Relfection on Resources and Environment Problems that We Face
摘要
Abstract
The advancement of industrialization has been conlficting with environmental preservation, so we must follow a new path of industrialization under the guidance of ecological civilization. The strategy of ecological civilization has called for higher requirements for new industrialization. This means we should devote our efforts to raise the level of resources and environment production, improve the carrying capacity of resources and the environment, and advance resources and environment coordinating development. On this basis, China should use the experience and technology of post-industrial countries and regions for reference; devote major efforts to promote scientiifc and technological progress so as to enhance economic efifciency on one hand. On the other hand, we should reduce the negative impact that industrialization produced on the resources and environment, vigorously develop green economy and circular economy and low-carbon technologies.关键词
