Abstract
In recent years, No.208 Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology Team of Chongqing Bureau of Geology and Minerals Exploration has made great efforts with a view to promoting the reform of geological prospecting units. For example, they have strengthened the innovation and transformation of ideas. At the same time, they have enhanced their efforts with regard to achieving a professional improvement, adjusting industrial structure, exploiting and grabbing opportunities of emerging geological work, broadening the range of services continually, and promoting the service level. On this basis, they have adopted a series of major measures with a view to transforming economic development patterns, making efforts to improve quality and effectiveness of the results, and achieving the sustainable development. These measures include: talents team-building, production-study-research cooperative innovation mechanism, improving technology content of geological exploration, building wisdom geology platform. The enlightenments are: recognizing and grasping the new normal constitutes the key parts for geological work innovation and development. In order to adapt to and lead the new normal, we must adjust geological exploration industry structure, actively change and innovate the geological production process, shift passive geological work into actively creating and “made with wisdom", thus achieving quality and efifciency, and change of geological exploration economic development mode.关键词
