摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce a new method performing umbilicus abdominal access during laparoscopy. Methods In a prospec-tive,362 patients received laparoscopic appendectomy in October 2012 to October 2014 were oberserved in this study. The clinical data,the time of the progress of making umbilicus abdominal access,complications and the state of the wound were recorded. Results The performing time of the trocar in umbilicus was (42. 3 ± 27. 1)s. Conclusion The method Cut-open,is simple,fast and save,which is worth to promoting in laparoscopic surgery.关键词
