调强适形放射治疗联合西妥昔单抗对中晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效研究
Clinical study of cetuximab combined with radiotherapy on patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficiency and safety of cetuximab combined with radiotherapy on patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Forty patients with advanced nasopharyngeal car-cinoma were divided into control group and treatment group , each group 20 cases.Control group received regular radiotherapy and chemotherapy , the treatment group received cetuximab on the basis of control group.Af-ter the therapy , the efficiency and incidence of adverse drug reactions and keep record on the relapse free survival rate in the following 3 years.Results The response rate in treatment group was 55.0%, significantly higher than that in control group , which was 30.0%( P <0.05 ).The levels of CD4 +and CD8 +had no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05 ).The incidence of dermatitis , gastrointestinal reac-tions, hypersensitivity had no significant difference of the two groups ( P>0.05);and the incidence of oral mucositis in treatment group was higher than that of control group ( P<0.05 ).The survival rate in the sec-ond and third year in treatment group was significant higher than that in control group ( P<0.05 ) , but the one year survival rate had no signifi-cant difference ( P >0.05 ).Conclusion Cetuximab combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy was an efficient therapy.关键词
