摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacist par-ticipating in the therapy for hypertension.Methods Clinical pharmacist participated in the therapy for a case of hypertensive emergency with re-nal failure , and provided individualized pharmaceutical care in intrave-nous antihypertensive drug use , combination of oral antihypertensive drugs and drug selection for renal failure.Results Clinical pharmacist helped physicians chose proper drugs to control the patient ’ s blood pres-sure successfully , avoided adverse drug reactions on patient ’ s renal func-tion, and proposed pharmaceutical care points to hypertension patients.Conclusion The safety and efficacy of patient ’ s taking drugs were im-proved through clinical pharmacist ’ s actively participating in clinical practice and enhancing his pharmaceutical expertise.关键词
