阿呋唑嗪和坦索罗辛对输尿管结石的临床疗效研究
Clinical efficacy of alfuzosin and tamsulosin on patients with ureteral calculus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of tam-sulosin and alfuzosin on patients with ureteral calculus.Methods A to-tal of 320 patients with ureteral calculus were randomly divided into test group and control group , each group 160 cases.Patients in test group were given hydrochloride alfuzosin sustained -release tablets 10 mg, once a day .Patients in control group were given tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules 0.4 mg, once a day.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.All patients were drank 2000-3000 mL water a day.Detai-ling record the site and size of stones of patients , and the record ended with removal of all clcui or operation.Results Stones discharge rate and calculi discharge time in test group were 63.13%, ( 9.43 ±1.34 ) d, had significant difference with those in control group , which were 76.25%, ( 8.48 ±1.66 ) d ( P<0.05 ).Upper , middle and lower seg-ment stone discharge rate were 53.85%, 60.87%, 65.77% in test group and 52.38%, 62.92%, 83.93% in control group.Upper, mid-dle and lower section of stone discharge time were ( 9.50 ±1.22 ) , (9.14 ±1.35), (9.48 ±1.37) d in test group and (9.45 ±1.44), (8.76 ±1.03 ) , ( 8.32 ±1.74 ) d in control group.There were no significant difference between the removal rate and time of middle and upper ureteral calculi ( P>0.05 ) , but there was a significant difference between the removal rate and time of lower ureteral calculi ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion There were no significant difference in the removal rate of middle and upper ureteral calculi between tamsulosin and alfuzosin .For the treatment of lower ureteral calculi , tamsulosin was superior to alfuzosin.关键词
