Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of cinepazide maleate on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on the quality of life.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with hy-pertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into treatment group and control group , 60 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy , and patients in treatment group were given intravenous infusion of cinepazide maleate 320 mg · d-1 for 14 d.The hematoma, edema volume, Barthel index(BI), National institute of health stroke scale ( NIHSS) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Besides, the quality of life and incidence of adverse drug reaction were also compared.Results The volume of hematoma and edema in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05 ).The NIHSS and BI scores were significantly better than those before treatment in the two groups ( P<0.05 ) , and treatment group better than control group ( P<0.05 ).The total effective rate in treatment group was 61.7%, significantly better than that in control group, which was 53.3%(P<0.05).And, 3 cases of poor appetite and 1 case of sleep difficulties occurred in patients of treatment group , the in-cidence rate of adverse drug reaction was 6.7%, while the control group had 2 cases of fever , 3 cases of headache , with the incidence rate of 8.3%( P>0.05 ).Conclusion Cinepazide maleate can effectively improve the hematoma and edema absorption , improve the nerve function and quality of life , improve the clinical curative effect , and has good safety in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
