维持性血透析微炎症与铁负荷的相关性研究
Investigation on the relationship between micro-inflammation and iron-load in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between inflamma-tory factor and iron metabolic index in maintenance hemodialysis ( MHD) patients.Methods Eighty -five maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into group A ( interleukin -6 >5.9 pg · mL-1 , n=25 ) , group B (interleukin-6≤5.9 pg· mL-1, n=30), and group C (con-trol group,n=30).The inflammatory factor and metabolic index among the three groups were analyzed.Pearson correlation and stepwise regres-sion analysis were used to evaluate the relation between inflammatory fac-tor and metabolic index.Results Erythrocyte iron content , transferring , hepcidin , ferritin have statistically significant difference group A and B ( P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that interleukin -6 had positive correlation with ferritin and hepcidin ( P<0.05 ).And it had a negative correlation with erythrocyte iron content , transferring and trans-ferrin saturation ( P<0.05 ) .High-sensitivity C -reactive protein had a positive correlation with transferrin ( P <0.05 ) .Stepwise regression analysis showed that hepcidin and low levels of transferrin saturation were closely related of interleukin -6.Conclusion Micro -inflammation may be connected with iron metabolic disorders , which elevated iron stor-age and reduced iron bioavailability in MHD patients.关键词
