口服抗栓药物的研究进展
Research progress of oral antithrombotic drugs
摘要
Abstract
Antithrombotic drugs play an important role in the prevention and treatment of thromboembolism , which include anticoagulant , anti-platelet therapies and thrombolytic drugs.In this paper , we review the pharmacological properties of these most commonly used oral antithrom-botic drugs and explore the development of anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapies , in order to guide the safety and rational use of antithrombotic drugs in clinic.关键词
