摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the clinical feature , prophylaxis and therapy of glucocorticoid -induced osteoporosis ( GIOP ).Methods Clinical case analysis and articles review were used to investigate the pathogenesis , prophylaxis and therapy of GIOP.Results and Conclusion The therapies with glucocorticoid always accompanied with noticeable bone loss by diverse pathogenesis.GIOP should be paid increasing atten-tion and given more earlier and effective prevention and treatment.关键词
