兴凯赤松半同胞子代表型变异分析及遗传效应评价
Analysis and Evaluation on Phenotypic Variation and Heredity Effects of Half-Sib Progeny from Pinus ussuriensis

Abstract
Pinus ussuriensis were a pioneer species of forest regeneration on the original bare land ,which it has a high economic value and its ecosystem service value .In order to probe the phenotypic variation and heredity effects of quantitative character of half‐sibs family progeny ,the ex‐situ conservation forest of half‐sibs family progenies were used as material in this paper .Through four years continuous measuring ,genetic variation of three quantitative characters ,height ,annual growth increment ,and its mean annual increment were selected for analyzing .And their heritability ,genetic gain and genetic variation were estimated .The results showed that there were certain variations in height character between populations ,and its coefficient of phenotypic variation were 12 .41% (JD) ,16 .97%(JX) and 17 .37% (ML) respectively ,and its growth rhythm was similar to Pinus sylvestris var .mongolica .How‐ever ,significant differences consisted in three quantitative characters between the populations .The heritability of its height ,annual growth increments ,and mean annual increment were 0 .7583 ,0 .8552 and 0 .7522 respectively ,and the genetic gain was 9 .97% ,11 .77% and 17 .63% respectively .关键词
