Abstract
ObjectiveIn this study, we compared the clinical effects of two different purification methods on breast augmentation by autologous fat transfer.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients from June 2012 to June 2015 with breast augmentation by autologous fat transfer were selected from department of Plastic Surgery of Hanzhong Central Hospital of Shaanxi and randomly divided into centrifugal group and static group, each with 58 cases. The results were evaluated by breast volume, breast height (length from the nipple to the anterior chest wall), retention rate, survival rate of fat, patient's satisfaction and change in breast shape 6 months after transplantation.Results Compared to the static group, breast height and retention rate at 1, 3 and 6 months after transplantation were higher in centrifugal group (allP< 0.05). The breast volume on both sides of centrifugal group after 6 months was signiifcantly higher than the static group (P<0.05). The survival rate of fat was higher in the centrifugal group compared with static group (P<0.001). Finally, patient's satisfaction in the centrifugal group was signiifcantly higher than static group (P<0.05).Conclusion Based on our ifndings, compared with static puriifcation, appropriate centrifugal puriifcation signiifcantly increased breast height, improved survival rate of fat and enhanced patient's satisfaction, worthy to be popularized.关键词
