Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of large shaped full thickness skin graft for reconstruction of foot and ankle of III degree burns wound.Methods To choose 18 feet of 16 patients with III degree burn wounds,downlink eschar excision and granulation wound treatment in local tumescent anesthesia,take the skin form oil yarn production and wound in the same shape and size,shaped full thickness skin lfap and transplanted to the foot and ankle wound.Results 17 full thickness skin lfaps in 18 survived completely after 6 months to 5 years follow up.Skin color closed to normal skin. There was no contracture scar formation. The appearance and function of foot and ankle were good.Conclusion Large shaped full thickness skin graft is an ideal method for repairing foot and ankle’s burn wounds.关键词
