Abstract
Objective To study the clinical application and key operation points of three-point line method used in double eyelid surgery.Methods To design a heavy eyelid line in the upper eyelid and mark three needle points,take the local inifltration anesthesia surgery,ifx three points in the eyelid,use 7-0 nylon thread to fasten the upper eyelid aponeurosis and the skin and bury the line section in the pinhole subcutaneous.Results The 33 cases were improved obviously and the effect was satisfactory except 2 cases,whose heavy eyelid line became lighter or disappeared.Conclusions The operation is simple with slight trauma and rapid recovery,the effect turning natural and lasting long,easily accepted by patients.It is more suitable for the young whose upper eyelid skin is thinner and more resilient.关键词
