补益营卫方对衰老小鼠皮肤端粒酶表达的影响
The effect of telomerase expression of mice skin aging with Recipe of Supplenting Ying-wei
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of telomerase expression of Recipe of Supplementing Ying-wei on telomerase of mice skin aging,and discuss its mechanism of delaying skin aging.Methods The natural mice skin were used as the model and preparation of parafifn section.Using Immunohistochemical technique to anylize Supplementing Ying-wei on Telomerase expression.Results The expressin of telomerase in the mice aging skin was lower than young mice,and there were signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Supplementing Ying-wei groups were significant improve,and compared with the aged modle group there are statistically signiifcant(P <0.05).Between three dose groups, the inlfuence of low dose group’s expression level was higher than other group(P<0.01),middle dose group and high dose group were no signiifcant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Supplementing Ying-wei can promoting expression of Telomerase of skin aging. That’s can delay skin aging.关键词
