摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the Clinical efifcacy of LED red light combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG 1 064 nm laser in treating the facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods30 cases with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups, Combined treatment group and Control group Each had 15 cases All patients were treated with LED red light irradiation, 15 minutes per time, twice a week. The control group was combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG 1 064 nm laser in treating the patients. The course of treatment was 5 weeks. The effect was measured respectively at week 1,3and 5.Results The symptoms of the two groups were improved after the ifrst week, but there was no signiifcant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), The effective rates of the combined treatment group were signiifcantly higher than control group in the third week and the iffth week, and the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion LED red light combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG 1 064 nm laser may be a safe and effective option for treating the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.关键词
