Abstract
As an important branch of cosmetic medical education, medical beauty technology is a emerging specialty currently. The job market needs large number of graduates, and it has better employment prospect.Faced with demand exceeds supply in the job market,Medical beauty industry is developing in its full swing.But the current specialty development faces many problems,such as graduates change jobs frequently,high wastage rate of graduates talent for five years.Both the enrollment and employment situation are not optimistic.If we don’t resolve this dilemma,no matter how much education and teaching reform can only be a waste of resources.This article attempts to discuss the ideas, measures and countermeasures in education and teaching reform based on the employment present situation of medical beauty technology specialty and school-enterprise cooperation in my collage .关键词
