Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the essential Operative Cooperation of implanting the Tissue expander assisted with endoscope in auricle reconstruction.Methods We analyzed 85 patients of congenital microtia, who were treated by Endoscope-assisted with implanting the tissue expander surgery in the ear. The operation can shorten the operation time for reduce the patients' pain. Results The operative time of the endoscope-assisted implantation average takes about 15-30 min. 76 cases of the patients have gotten the very good results. All patients have not developed a hematoma, seroma, poor wound healing and so forth. The complication rates were lower than that ever reported.Conclusion Implanting the Tissue expander assisted with endoscope in auricle reconstruction not only shorten the incision length but also stripping more precise, the more operation area has exposed, the hemorrhage and strictly hemostatic can be controlled better. With reduced the incidence of various complications after surgery.关键词
