Abstract
General practitioners are medical talents with high degree of comprehensive ability,who are mainly responsible for the multidimensional integration services at the grassroots level including disease prevention and health care, diagnosis,treatment and referral of common and frequently occurring disease,rehabilitation,chronic disease long - term management and health management. The continuous improvement of the consultation skills of the general practitioners is the guarantee of the service quality,and also the ″ one′s special skill″ of the general practitioners. In the progress of the general practitioner training,there are many instruments used to evaluate the consultation skills and the family medicine thinking ability. The current study aims to introduce the Leicester Assessment Package and the application and experience in the assessment of the consultation skills in the foreign countries based on literature review,and to provide reference for the establishment of the consultation skills assessment system of the general practitioners which is objective,scientific and suitable for China′s national conditions.关键词
