西藏农牧区基层医疗卫生机构对全科医学生素质需求的质性研究
Qualitative Research of the Demand of Primary Medical Service Settings in the Agricultural and Pastoral Areas of Tibet on the Qualities of Medical Students of General Practice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the demand of primary medical service settings in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet on the qualities of medical students of general practice,in order to provide references for further reform and optimization of the training program of general practitioners in colleges and universities in Tibet area. Methods From July 20 to August 6 in 2014,we enrolled 13 health workers in the primary medical services settings in Lhasa,Nyingchi,Shigatse and Lhoka Prefecture in Tibet Autonomous Region using purposive sampling method. Interviews were conducted with the subjects,and the interview was mainly focused on the question of ″ what qualities or abilities do you think newly graduates of general practice should have when they start to work here ″ . Theme frame work method was used to process and analyze the data from interviews. Results The qualities demanded by primary medical service settings in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet on medical students of general practice included comprehensive specialized knowledge,a good master of professional theory and skills,ability to take charge of practice alone,a strong sense of humanistic feeling,good communication ability,persistent self- study ability and the ability of self - development. Conclusion The demand of primary medical service settings in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet on the qualities of medical students of general practice is at a high level. Therefore, universities and colleges in Tibet area should strengthen the faculty team of general practice,attach more importance on the humanistic quality of students,prolong the time of disease education in various departments in hospitals,and improve the practical teaching.关键词
