Abstract
Objective To investigate the combination status of depression and physical diseases and its relation with suicidal ideation. Methods A total of 125 patients who were hospitalized in the clinical psychological department in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People′s Hospital from October 2013 to April 2014 were enrolled. Questionnaire of general data, Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression( HRSD)and Self - rating Idea of Suicide Scale( SIOSS)were employed to conduct survey. According to SIOSS score,the subjects were divided into suicidal ideation group(SIOSS≥12,n = 81)and non suicidal ideation(SIOSS < 12,n = 44). Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to explore the correlation between suicidal ideation score of depressive patients and the number of combined physical diseases;multivariate logistic regression analysis was conducted to explore influencing factors for suicidal ideation of depressive patients. Results The first three most commonest combined physical diseases were insomnia(87. 2% ,109 / 125),headache(69. 6% ,87 / 125)and lower back pain( 66. 4% ,83/ 125);the two groups were significantly different in the incidence rates of insomnia,hemicrania,low back pain and anxiety(P< 0. 05). The suicidal ideation score was positively correlation with the number of combined physical diseases(r = 0. 362,P <0. 05);multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education degree,insomnia and headache were influencing factors for the suicidal ideation of depressive patients(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Insomnia and pain are most common combined physical diseases in depressive patients;the higher number of combined physical diseases are associated with severe suicidal ideation;education years,insomnia and pain are risk factors for suicidal ideation.关键词
