Abstract
The paper interpreted 2015 Pharmacological Management of Obesity:An Endocrine Society Clinical Practice Guideline and introduced the management method of overweight and obesity patients and the administration method of medication with weight - gaining effect and alternative medications. It was pointed out that weight - reducing drugs do good to obesity patients,but many medications prescribed for diabetes,hypertension,cardiovascular disease,depression and other chronic diseases have weight - gaining effects,so medications that have weight - reducing effect and have neutral effect on body weight should be used,and the administration of medications that have weight - gaining effect should be avoided.关键词
