Role of Dendritic Cells in the Pathogenesis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
摘要
Abstract
Dendritic cell(DC)has the most powerful function among all antigen presenting cells known by far and is considered to be the central link in the immune response to start body specificity and its regulation and maintenance. It plays a very important role in tumor immunity,immune rejection and anti infection immunity. In recent years,more and more studies have shown that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may also be an autoimmune disease,and the number and function of DC in chronic obstructive pulmonary focus have changed,and the related chemokines and chemokine receptors have also changed. These all suggest that DC is related to the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.关键词
