Realization of Noninvasive Mechanical Ventilation Treatment of Respiratory Failure Due to COPD in Community Health Service Centers

Abstract
Community health service centers are the principal settings where chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)is prevented and treated. Respiratory failure is the most common complication of COPD,and the timely administration of non - invasive mechanical ventilation is one of the most important measures to alleviate dyspnea and save life. The paper introduced the process of non - invasive mechanical ventilation on two COPD patients treated by GPs in community health service centers and the matters that need attention in the process,and emphasized on the status and effects of non - invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of COPD patients.关键词
