摘要
Abstract
The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease are high among patients with chronic kidney disease, and dyslipidemia is one of the risk factors. Statins are core drugs for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease,while it is still controversial on the efficacy and safety of statins on patients with chronic kidney disease at different stages. The paper made a review of major relevant researches in China and abroad and objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of statins for patients with non - terminal chronic kidney diseases with a view to provide references for clinical rational drug use.关键词
