Efficacy and Safety of Statins in the Cardiovascular Protection of Patients With End - stage Renal Disease:Literature Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Patients with renal failure induced by chronic renal disease are always complicated with dyslipidemia, while it has been controversial in the use of statins in dialysis patients,and current random control trials and observational studies have not confirmed the cardiovascular benefits statins bring to dialysis patients. The cardiovascular effects of statins on kidney transplant patients also need to be further ascertained due to the lack of data of large samples. This paper summarized large random control trials and some observational research in China and abroad and made a review of the efficacy and safety of statins for patients with end - stage chronic renal disease.关键词
