奥美沙坦酯对男性高血压患者性功能的影响

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of olmesartan and amlodipine besylate on the sexual function of male hypertensive patients. Methods We enrolled 160 male hypertension patients(the grades of hypertension was 1 - 2 level) who received treatment in the Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2012 to June 2014. Using random number table method,we divided the patients into olmesartan group and amlodipine besylate group,with 80 patients in each group. Olmesartan group was administrated with olmesartan by 20 mg/ d,and amlodipine besylate group was administrated with amlodipine besylate by 5 mg/ d,with a course of treatment of 24 weeks. Changes in sexual function,testosterone and estradiol of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Questionnaire survey was conducted on the sexual function according to international index of erectile function( IIEF-5),in which male sexual function was evaluated mainly by erectile function, satisfaction degree with sexual intercourse,ability of reaching orgasm,sexual desire and overall satisfaction degree. Results Each of the two groups had 5 patients who were excluded for the continual failure of blood pressure in reaching standard. The two groups were not significantly different in systolic pressure and dialostic pressure( t = 0. 802,0. 811;P > 0. 05 ). Before treatment,the two groups were not significantly different in the scores of erectile function,the satisfaction degree with sexual intercourse,ability of reaching orgasm,sexual desire and overall satisfaction degree(P > 0. 05 for all);after treatment,the two groups were not significantly different in the scores of satisfaction degree with sexual intercourse,the ability of reaching orgasm and the overall satisfaction degree(P > 0. 05 for all),and the olmesartan group was higher than the amlodipine besylate group in the scores of erectile function and sexual desire( P < 0. 05);the scores of erectile function and sexual desire of the olmesartan group after treatment were higher than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). The two groups were no significantly different in the incidence of erectile dysfunction ( χ2 = 0. 027,P = 0. 870 );after treatment,the two groups were not significantly different in the incidence of erectile dysfunction(χ2 = 2. 807,P = 0. 094). The incidence of erectile dysfunction of the olmesartan group after treatment was lower than that before treatment( χ2 = 4. 120,P < 0. 05);the incidence of erectile dysfunction of the amlodipine besylate group after treatment was not significantly different from those before treatment( χ2= 2. 811,P = 0. 094). Before treatment,the two groups were not significantly different in testosterone and estradiol level(P >0. 05 for all);after treatment,the two groups were not significantly different in estradiol level( P > 0. 05);the olmesartan group was higher than amlodipine besylate group in testosterone level(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the testosterone level of the olmesartan group was higher than those before treatment ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The olmesartan could improve the testosterone level of male hypertension patients and improve sexual function.关键词
