腰椎关节突关节源性腰痛诊疗的研究进展
Research Progress on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Zygapophysial Joint Pain
摘要
Abstract
The incidence of lumbar zygapophysial joint pain is increasing year by year,while its pathogenesis needs to be further researched and definitely concluded. At present,the treatment methods of lumbar zygapophysial joint pain are diverse, including non - surgical treatment,interventional therapy and surgical treatment. However,there is no uniform treatment standard. The paper made a review of the research progress of the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar zygapophysial joint pain,with an aim to boost the development of efficient and rational diagnosis and treatment methods to provide reference for clinical doctors.关键词
