改良硬化法治疗耳鼻咽喉血管瘤的疗效对照分析
Curative effect comparative analysis of modified hardening method in the treatment of otorhinolaryngologic hemangioma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of modified hardening method in the treatment of otorhinolaryngologic hemangioma.Methods:72 cases of patients with otorhinolaryngologic hemangioma were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with sodium morrhuate;the observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide based on the control group.The total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 years of follow-up,the observation group had no recurrence,and the control group had 4 cases.Conclusion:Mdified hardening method could improve the curative effect in the treatment of otorhinolaryngologic hemangioma effectively and prevent recurrence.关键词
