摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the pacing parameter,pacemaker malfunction and function setting after elderly pacemaker implantation.Methods:The data of 156 elderly patients with permanent pacemaker implantation were selected.The pacing parameter and pacemaker malfunction were divided into groups and compared.The common function settings of pacemaker were discussed.Results:The center room perception before discharge and follow-up of the more than 80 years old group were all lower those of the less than 80 years old group;the ventricular impedance before discharge was higher than that of the less than 80 years old group.The postoperative atrial and ventricular threshold of the age more than 80 years old group were significantly higher,and the atrial perception was significantly lower.Setting A-V interval optimization,frequency response,automatic threshold capture and resting frequency were the common pacemaker optimization function,which needed to give individualized settings.Conclusion:As long as the standard operation during operation, strictly control the pacing parameters,postoperative follow-up,regular program control,optimize the setting,the elderly pacing treatment can maximize play the effect,improve the life quality of patients,and improve the prognosis.关键词
