Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping assisted produce of prolapse and hemorrhiods (PPH) in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:110 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group with 54 cases and the observation group with 56 cases.The control group was treated with external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery,while the observation group was treated with PPH operation on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effective rate was significantly higher than the control group;the incidence of complications and recurrence rate were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External hemorrhoids peeling assisted PPH surgery in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids can improve the treatment effect,and postoperative complications and recurrence rate were low.关键词
