颅内巨大脑膜瘤的手术治疗

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the operation treatment of intracranial giant meningioma.Methods:32 cases of intracranial giant meningioma patients with operation treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results:6 cases were tumor removal 0 grade;12 cases were Ⅰ grade;10 cases were Ⅱ grade;3 cases were Ⅲ grade;1 case was Ⅳ grade.17 cases were intraoperative bleeding less than 800 mL;8 cases were 800 to 1 600 mL;7 cases were more than 1 600 mL.There was no death cases,and postoperative symptoms were improved.Conclusion:The operation resection is the best method for treatment of intracranial giant meningioma.关键词
