腹腔镜胆总管探查术与开腹手术治疗胆总管结石的临床对比研究
Clinical comparative study on laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and laparotomy in the treatment of common bile duct stones
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effects of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and laparotomy in the treatment of common bile duct stones.Methods:257 patients with common bile duct stones were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the different operation modes.The control group was given laparotomy treatment.The research group was given laparoscopic common bile duct exploration treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The operation time,intraoperatve bleeding volume,anus exhaust recovery time,hospital stay of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication cases of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration in the treatment of common bile duct stones is significantly better than that of laparotomy treatment.关键词
