Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of otitis media tuberculus and curative effect observation of different ear bath assisted therapy.Methods:30 cases of patients with otitis media tuberculus were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given ofloxacin ear drops for adjuvant therapy,and the experimental group was given isoniazid and rifampicin ear drops for adjuvant therapy.The clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the dry ear and healing of the periosteum in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The mastoid process operation rate of the experimental group was 0% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment combined with isoniazid and rifampicin ear drops for adjuvant therapy for patients with otitis media tuberculus had remarkable curative effect.关键词
