急性化脓坏疽性阑尾炎术后盆腔腹膜炎44例临床分析
Clinical analysis of pelveoperitonitis after acute suppurative gangrenous appendicitis operation in 44 cases

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics,pathogenesis and treatment of pelveoperitonitis after acute suppurative gangrenous appendicitis operation.Methods:44 patients with pelveoperitonitis after acute suppurative gangrenous appendicitis operation were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:33 patients were recovered after normal treatment for 2 to 6 days;11 patients were recovered after 6 days of incision and drainage of the anterior wall of the anus and rectum.Conclusion:Pelveoperitonitis after acute suppurative gangrenous appendicitis operation can be diagnosed by B ultrasound and other means.We should make early diagnosis and early treatment,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of postoperative abdominal infections.关键词
