儿童大叶性肺炎200例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 200 cases of children with lobar pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations,treatment effect of children with lobar pneumonia.Methods:The clinical data of 200 cases of children with lobar pneumonia were analyzed retrospectively.Results:78 cases (39%) happened in winter;the main onset age was from 6 to 10 years old.The cure rate was 52% ;the improvement rate was 46.5% .The average hospitalization time was (14.58 ± 3.49)d;the average hospitalization expenses was (4 859.28 ± 211.52) yuan.Conclusion:If the symptoms and signs of children with lobar pneumonia was not obvious,it should be diagnosed as soon as possible and given the targeted drug.关键词
