外伤性肝破裂36例临床外科治疗回顾性分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of surgical procedures in the treatment of traumatic hepatorrhexis. Methods: 36 cases of patients with traumatic hepatic rupture in patients were selected from January 2011 to January 2015.They were given immediate emergency surgery after definite or clear liver rupture after intraperitoneal hemorrhage.According to different liver rupture range as well as the clinical symptoms,they were given correspondence surgery.Results:33 cases cured;3 cases died;the mortality rate was 8.33% .Conclusion:Traumatic hepatorrhexis had rapid changes and the surgical procedures should be used as soon as possible and control the related complications,which could improve the success rate of surgical procedures.关键词
