PFNA内固定微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折效果观察
Curative effect observation of PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA) minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:76 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each.The control group was given dynamic hip screw(DHS) treatment.The observation group was given PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation treatment.The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The operation time,bleeding amount,hospital stay, healing time,incidence rate of complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture,PFNA internal fixation has less trauma,less complications,fast postoperative recovery time,and the clinical treatment effect is more obvious.It can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.关键词
