前部缺血性视神经病变与颈动脉狭窄的相关性研究
Correlation study between anterior ischemic optic neuropathy and carotid stenosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between anterior ischemic optic neuropathy and carotid stenosis.Methods:84 patients(62 eyes) with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy were selected.According to clinical data,we analyzed the correlation between anterior ischemic optic neuropathy and carotid stenosis.Results:54 cases(64%) were diagnosed with high blood pressure;44 patients(52%) were diabetes;26 cases were hypertension combined with diabetes;35 cases(41%) were hyperlipemia;17 cases were hypertension combined with hyperlipemia;6 cases were diabetes combined with hyperlipemia;45 cases had carotid atherosclerosis plaque and stenosis.Conclusion:Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy had a high correlation with carotid stenosis.关键词
