Clinical observation of biological information liver disease therapy instrument combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capusule in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of biological information liver disease therapy instrument combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capusule in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis.Methods:108 cases of patients with cholestatic hepatitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional liver protective treatment,the treatment group was given biological information liver disease therapy instrument combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capusule on the basis of conventional liver protective treatment,the curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 73.5%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Biological information liver disease therapy instrument combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capusule in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis had better clinical curative effect and higher safety.关键词
