新生儿低血糖42例临床特点和治疗分析
Clinical characteristics and treatment analysis of 42 cases of neonatal hypoglycemia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment effect of neonatal hypoglycemia.Methods:42 children patients with hypoglycemia were selected.The hypoglycemia characteristics were analyzed with different weight and different months,and the treatment effects were evaluated.Results:In 880 cases of infants,42 children patients with hypoglycemia were detected.Hypoglycemia occurred mainly children patients less than 37 weeks of age and more than 40 weeks of age,and occurred mainly children patients less than 2.5 kg and more than 4 kg.After treatment,the blood glucoses of 33 children patients returned to normal within 12 hours,7 cases returned to normal within 48 hours,2 cases with unstable blood sugar returned to normal in 48 hours after giving hydrocortisone.Conclusion:The blood glucose detection of newborn infants with just born and not sucked after born 12 hours is beneficial to the discovery and treatment of hypoglycemia symptoms,avoid and reduce the incidence of injury of hypoglycemia in newborn infants.关键词
