摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect and changes of immune function of patients with lung cancer treated with shiquandabu decoction combined with enteral nutrition.Methods:80 cases of patients with lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group were treated with early nutritional support,and the research group were treated with shiquandabu decoction based on nutritional support.The clinical curative effect and changes of immune function of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The immune function increasing rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the reduction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition combined with shiquandabu decoction in the treatment of patients with lung cancer could improve the clinical curative effect effectively and improve the immune function of the patients.关键词
