小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕的临床效果评价分析
Clinical effect evaluation analysis of Xiao Chai Hu decoction adjusted in the treatment of vertigo after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xiao Chai Hu decoction adjusted in the treatment of vertigo after stroke. Methods:76 patients with vertigo after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each.The control group was given orally difenidol hydrochloride.The observation group was given Xiao Chai Hu decoction adjusted.The plasma concentrations,adverse reactions and clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the plasma viscosity of two groups were decreased;the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiao Chai Hu decoction adjusted in the treatment of vertigo after stroke can effectively reduce the plasma viscosity of patients,and it has remarkable curative effect on the treatment of vertigo to alleviate the suffering of patients.关键词
