针灸配合氟西汀治疗心脏神经官能症临床观察
Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of cardiac neurosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods:80 patients with cardiac neurosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given fluoxetine treatment.The observation group was given acupuncture combined with fluoxetine.The treatment effects were compared between groups.Results:After treatment,HAMA,HAMD score and clinical symptoms improvement time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of cardiac neurosis has a significant clinical effect.关键词
